Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your gooner.ai account
  • Navigate to your account settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for subscription payments under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues: Refunds may be provided if you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
  • Billing errors: Full refund for any billing errors or unauthorized charges

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Consumed digital content (e.g., generated images, videos, or audio that have been downloaded)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Partial subscription periods (refunds are prorated only in exceptional circumstances)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through the support channels provided in your account
  2. Provide your account email and the transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal.

To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Once a renewal payment is processed, it is subject to our standard refund policy.

5. Prorated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. Prorated refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Free Trial Period

If you are on a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

8. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund of any remaining subscription period. If we terminate your account for reasons other than Terms violations, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion.

9. Currency and Payment Methods

All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

10. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
